About Me

Real estate is something I have been passionate about since I was a 5 year old dragging my parents to open houses and model homes for fun. This is where I developed an eye for features and staging that
can help sell a property as well as those that hinder the process.

 

With this affinity toward real estate, I have spent the last 15 years in the industry as an investor. I have bought, owned and sold several investment properties including rentals, new builds, land investment and development, as well as retail commercial investment properties. Additionally, I also opened, operated and eventually sold a successful health care business. It is through this extensive real estate history and now having sold my business that I decided to finally launch my career as a Realtor.

 

I have significant first-hand knowledge of what a great Realtor can bring to the table when negotiating and completing a deal, and my experiences have shaped the principles that guide my approach to helping clients buy and sell real estate. Beyond negotiating a great deal, I believe the role of the Realtor is to ensure the client is informed and supported throughout the whole process of buying or selling and that they walk away from their experience feeling completely satisfied with the outcome.

 

As a previous business owner I recognize the importance of outstanding customer service and the value of a satisfied client. It was because of this philosophy that I was able to build my business and reputation in that industry mainly through word of mouth referrals. What I bring to my clients is hard work, persistence, integrity and a dedication to listening to truly understand their goals, wants and needs. As well, I bring a dedication to deliver on ensuring my clients are informed and understand every part of the process along the way. 

 

My husband and I moved to Springwater with our two dogs in 2020 because we loved the Simcoe area.  My parents were living in Wasaga Beach and my in-laws in Stayner. We had been spending a great deal of time in the area and loved the abundance of wonderful trails, parks and access to nature while at the same time having all of the amenities of a large city readily available. We are avid hikers and enjoy spending time by the waterfront. It is here in Simcoe that we adopted our son and decided to put down roots. We are beyond thrilled with our decision to live here and are continuously uncovering amazing gems in the region. I truly enjoy exploring all of the unique neighbourhoods here.  There is something for everyone’s wish list in Simcoe!
